Hi, I'm Lynda. Psychodynamic Coach & Sustainability Advisor.
I'm really curious to meet with you and learn all about your organisation and it's future development plans. Having held positions including Managing Director, Commercial Director and Sustainability Director, I’m a leadership development specialist with extensive lived commercial experience.

I combine this wisdom with deep insight into behavioural change to effect lasting and sustainable impact for yourself and your teams.
But also, and perhaps more importantly, I'm a real person. My personal challenges as a single mum with a neurodiverse child, coupled with my lived experience of burnout mean I have a deep empathy for my client's struggles.
​
I'm passionate about nature and sustainability and I believe that everyone should feel the warmth of the sun, breathe clean air and embrace their natural surroundings.
With my tapestry of skills, I'm here to support a more progressive leaders to achieve sustainable and enriching growth for the betterment of their organisation and society as a whole.

Every year AQUULA selects a charity to support and this years chosen charity is Blue Cross UK, an animal welfare charity that supports thousands of pets and horses every year and their families.
